On A pril 24, 2026, a campus drive for apprentices was organized by the highly reputed multinational company, Ashok Leyland (Pantnagar), at the Government Industrial Training Institute (ITI), Srinagar Garhwal. The campus drive witnessed the participation of trainees from this institute—specifically those in the Wireman, Electrician, Turner, Fitter, and Mechanic Motor Vehicle trades—as well as candidates from the local area and neighboring districts. During the drive, the company selected 46 candidates. Appointment letters were presented to the selected candidates by the Institute’s Principal, Mr. Sanjeev Kumar.
